Travis, a 5-8 guard from Humble, Texas, becomes eligible at the completion of OBU’s January Term. She transferred from San Jacinto College, where she played as a freshman. Third in the nation with a 22.3 points per game scoring average, Travis earned Kodak All-America honors for SJC. She also led the Lady Gators with 97 steals and averaged 5.5 rebounds. At Humble High School, Travis helped her team to the Texas 5A state title game, where she had eight steals in an overtime loss. She was District 22-AAAAA Defensive Player of the Year and First-Team All-Greater Houston Area.
