Williams comes to Bison Hill after playing two seasons at Grayson County College.  While at Grayson, Williams was named to the All Conference First Team.  He attended North Mesquite High School where he was First Team All District and was also on the Academic First Team.  Williams led his high school to their first playoff appearance in fifteen years.  He is the son of Charlie Williams Jr.
